Spiritual Gift Analysis
The church offers resources to help each member find a place of service by helping them to discover their spiritual gifts. Discovering and exercising your God-given spiritual gifts allows you to experience maximum fulfillment with minimum frustration in your Christian life and ministry. We encourage every member to take an online Spiritual Gifts Analysis by clicking the link on this page and following the simple directions. This free analysis will take about 20 minutes to complete. When you have completed the questionnaire section, you will be able to view a bar graph of your scores for each gift, a description of your dominant gift, and several pages of personal analysis. You will also have the opportunity to print out the results. After completing the analysis, we invite you to view the many service opportunities listed on this page and discover where your gifts can be most effective in service to our Lord and His church.

Video Ministry:
Sunday Morning Video Team Members - serve primarily on Sunday mornings providing image magnification (IMAG) on the two screens in the Worship Center and in-house broadcasting of the service. Team members serve every other Sunday and are required to be present at least thirty minutes before the service starts in order to set up and test camera and communication equipment. They also serve during special productions when either IMAG services or videotaping is requested by the ministry producing the event.
Three positions are available on each team and team members rotate between the positions in order to become proficient at each. No experience is required, only a desire to serve, and you will receive training for positions in which you serve. Positions include:
- Director - oversees all activity of the broadcast and IMAG services. Directs the shots and mixing of images.
- Mixer Operator - operates the video mixer and selects camera and other input sources at the direction of the Director.
- Camera Operator - operates camera equipment, looks for the next shot and acts upon the direction of the Director.
Video Producer - produces short (two to five minute) videos used to enhance the worship services. Duties include making appointments with talents for camera shoots; setting up equipment including camera, lighting, and sound; and capturing usable and quality shoots on mini-DV tape. Video announcements are a weekly task and are shot on Mondays. Other video productions are completed as requested by church ministries.
Video Editor - edits video and outputs a final product for showing in worship services and other venues. Editing is done in-house on a Mac G5 using FinalCut Pro HD. Experience with linear editing is helpful but not required; however, an aptitude for learning video editing is a must. Access to editing equipment will be according to the volunteer's schedule.
Script Writer - creates scripts to be used for video production including weekly announcements and periodic videos to be shown during services and other venues.
